Are you Hung by the Tongue? Do you use your words to set yourself free or do you entrap yourself? Words are defined as transmission of thought. Are you thinking the World is Crashing Down on Me or are you walking in “SonLight” ? Where do we seek the right words and what is there power?
Is The World Crushing Down On You?
When seeking God’s Promises the best resource is God’s word and when answering the question How important do you believe words are? Let’s start with Genesis Chapter 1 verse 3 … “and God said Let there be light and there was.” In the first chapter alone 10 different times “God Said” and then there was, His Words brought forth life and order.
Stop a moment and become aware of all that you have, What things do you see now? What things are there? Art? Furniture? What about your Car, Clothes, Home, Business, Knick Knacks? How did these materiel things come into your possession?
In Most cases it was necessary for 2 things to happen. Thoughts and Words. Think about it, all that you have and all that you come into contact with started with a thought manifested into words and was created from the action taken.
We can even look at your personal relationships and note that they were manifested from words as well. Your Spouse, your friends all came through thought and words. You intentionally thought about developing the relationships and then fostered the right words to do so.
Words are a creative force as evidenced in Genesis. They can build up and grow or tear down and destroy. In Mark 11:23 we are told that “For surely, I say to you Whosoever says to this mountain be removed and cast into the sea and does not doubt in his heart but believes that those things he says will be done he shall have whatsoever he says.” So we can note that Words can be used to bring order and life, to grow our destiny and reveal our purpose. Words whether spoken or unspoken have also taught us all that we know and are created from thought. Here lets be reminded that in Proverbs 23:7 “For as a man thinketh in his heart so is he…” Our Thoughts give birth to words and Words can manifest in our lives as Dreams come true. Putting Our desires within our grasp.
The right thoughts according to Philippians 4:8 will produce a life that is Godly, With Joy, Peace, Love & Abundance. So if you believe you are going through the driest dessert, Change your thoughts and words to experience a downpour of God’s awesome blessings.
